
The Mulberry Bottletop Campaign was considered unique in terms of charity and business collaboration. Leading UK fashion house Mulberry embraced Bottletop, generating sales in excess of £250,000 and over £500,000 in publicity (at editorial space value). The campaign was based around a range of products including bags, T-shirts and keyrings, which were distributed and sold throughout Mulberry stores worldwide.
Luxury fashion meets recycled waste, the Mulberry Bottletop bag quickly emerged as a landmark non-profit product in the notoriously fickle fashion industry. Mulberry won critical acclaim for its visionary role in staging the campaign, which was 100% non-profit.
Bottletop presented the first UK fashion show for leading fashion designer Emanuel Ungaro who had never before shown a collection outside Paris fashion week. The event generated £10,000 for Bottletop.
Bottletop launched the first Sound Affects Africa album in collaboration with the hotel group Malmaison in September 05. The aptly named Sound Affects Malmaison campaign featured the album as well as Bottletop accessories including iPod cases, iPod speaker cases, radios, handbags and clothing.
